Can I go to Canada for my third H1B stamping?

Currently in US on H1B 6th year ending in Februar

got my I-140 approved and got 3 more years of H1B extension

I have my first two H1B stampings from Vancouver Canada.

My visa is expired as of now, but I have valid I-94.

Can I go to Canada again for stamping? or should I go to India?
