H1 Stamping - FTE - Need your opinion

Hi All,

First of all thanks for taking the time to look at this topic. Here is a little background about me

I came to US on F1 for bachelors, worked on OPT.

Got first H1 in 2007 got it stamped in India 2007.

Changed employer in 2008, traveled to India and back with new employers I797 and old stamping.

In 2011 Dec, I got a full time position with a fortune 500 company.

Currently My GC process has not started. My current employer will be filing for my GC.

My questions

1> When should I go for H1 Stamping ? should I wait for at least an year of employment history with current employer before going for stamping?

2> should i get it Stamped in Canada or India?

3> I dont have Masters but I have genuine 5+ years of experience + bachelors from a reputed us university. Is not having Masters degree going to affect my chances of H1 stamping approval?

4> I have only been with my current employer for a month , so is there a specific amount of time I should wait before going for H1 Stamping?
