H1 B Transfer App Fees and Green Card Fees

Hi friends,

I am trying to change my company. The new company employer is asking me about the application fees for H1 B Transfer and Green Card processing .

Some one please help me with the application fees for

H1B Transfer

GreenCard:

Labor

140

485 - EAD

and any other fees if i m missing.

You can find the filing fees at the USCIS website.

There is no filing fee for the PERM Labor Certification application.

In general, the current filing fees for the H1B petition is $325 however, your employer will have to figure out what other fees they are responsible for since there are a few more fees that apply depending on your situation.

The I-140 petition fee is $580 and the I-485 fee (including any EAD and AP applications filed simultaneously and the biometric fee for individuals over the age of 14) is $1070.
