R1MISHRA Posted January 3, 2012 Report Share Posted January 3, 2012 My case is some thing like this. My PWD was applied in July got approved in Oct 2011. Then Advertisement and other task were done which lasted till Dec 2011. Now when attorney was ready to file PWD they saw some technical flaw with the approval. now they have applied new PWD. They say once new PWD is approved they can directly file PERM (ETA 9089 ) is it valid to do so? The new PWD was applied in Dec and with current wait time i think i should get it by Feb end.
