Want to apply for GC

Hi, I an engineering graduate from India and have experience of IT 13 years working in US on H1B from April 2011. My wife and two children have got H4 Visa and not yet come to US. Now when I enquired about GC filing from company, they are saying it will be EB3. I donot want to go on EB3. what will be the best way of applying GC on EB2 ?

Unfortunately, for obtaining an employment based GC, It does not matter what you want but what the job requires. If the job qualifies for EB3, that is the category you will be applied under. Else, you need to find another employer and a job that qualifies for EB2.
