Ariean Posted January 1, 2012 Report Share Posted January 1, 2012 Hello All, I gave my photos to my attorney which are off white background meaning light greyish, i got those from walgreen's and infact with the same background i got my Indian passport renewed recently. My attorney is saying that there are 30% RFE chances for I-485 with that background, is that true? do i need to care about it? Does any one has issues with off-white background kindly let me know.
