Got H1 I 94 and also L1 extension approved

hi,

I am with a company A in USA on L1 for the last 4 and half years, since my company is not filing H1 , I filed H1 from another company (L1 - H1 change of status), I received my H1 Approved and I 94 from company B.

so , I resigned company A and I am out their payroll , but company A did not cancel my L1 extension they filed it and I got my L1 approved i 94 yesterday.

my H1 i 94 is from 12 - 13 - 2011 and my L1 i 94 is from 12 - 16 - 2011.

since I am not with company A , is that L1 extension will be void ?

Please advice, I am so tensed at this moment, I want to be on H1 .
