L1B Extension - Transferred to US employer

Dear Attorney,

I'm currently on L1B with company A. After I moved from India to US (2 years back), I got transferred (1 year back) as US employee of Company A and no longer working for Company A - Indian entity. Now, my question is regarding the L1B extension!

Since I no longer work for Indian entity of company A,

a) Am I eligible for L1B extension?

b) Can I go for extension of L1B?

b) If NO, what are the other options that I have?

I do not understand the scenario you've described. You say you're working for Company A, but then say you are "no longer working for Company A - Indian entity." Please clarify.
