Today, I got email notification saying I-485 has been approved and the status changed to "Post decision activity" Question - Does this mean I am beyond RFE and just a matter of getting card? technocrat10 Posted July 10, 2011 Report Share Posted July 10, 2011 Congratulations! Yep - you are beyond RFE. Time to receive the card - According to USCIS guidelines it may take up to 30 days. In reality very difficult to answer this. In my case - I have received my card before the approval notice.
