windy77
I am currently on L-1B visa in US from last 1.5 Years working with one of the 3 major Indian IT company. I am with company from last 10 years and played project manager role in India for 2 years before coming to US. I am eligible to file L-1A and H1-B visa. 1. is shifting to H-1B or L-1A better for filing EB-1 GC later ? 2. Also want to understand which has more success rate H1-B or L-1A visa, as i have to move from L-1B ? 3. If L-1A is preferred option then is it better to file L-1A being in US or to travel to Inda and get blanket L-1A ? Please provide answers to above questions. Link to comment
Attorney_23
H1B is not necessarily better or worse than L1A. It depends upon the individual's circumstances. You should schedule a consult with an experienced attorney who can review your situation and provide you with individualized advice. Link to comment
