Scorpio811
Hi All, My H1B visa stamp in my Indian passport has expired in September 2011 but I 94 of me & my dependents is is valid till May 2012. I was just wondering how I can extend the I 94 of my dependents after I get my new Approval notice. (I understand that my I 94 extension will be taken care of with a new approval notice, but I am not sure how my dependents I 94 can be extended) How do I apply for the extension of I 94 when they are inside USA? Is there any particular application form for that? Thanks to Murthy newsletter which made me aware of this issue Link to comment
Attorney_24
Generally, in order to extend the dependents H-4 status in the U.S., an application to extend/change the non immigrant status may be filed with the USCIS. Proof of the approved or pending H-1B petition and extension along with other supporting documents need to be included. Kindly schedule a consult with a qualified immigration attorney to discuss specific facts related to your case and available options. Link to comment
