H4 to F1 denied, applying for H4 visa, DS-160 questions

Hi,

My wife's H4 to F1 denied recently even though her COS H4 to f1 approved 1.5 years ago in US and she was a full time student all along.

Now I am applying H4 visa for her. Please can I have your expert advise on DS-160 form questions.

• Primary occupation: She is a full time student until now. Since we are applying for H4, do we need to select "Home Maker option"? She is planning to continue as a part time student when she comes back to US on H4.
  

• Previous employment: She was Graduate Assistant at Grad school. Can she quote the experience she had at school?
  

• Have you ever been refused a U.S. Visa, been refused admission to the United States, or withdrawn your application for admission at the port of entry? Since her visa was denied recently, How detailed the answer need to be?
