Hi all,

My husband's H1 is expiring on 30th September 2012. The company will be applying for 7th year extension sometime next year (We have an approved I-140). We are planning to go to India in summer. I was wondering if my husband comes back before the expiry of I-94 (30th September 2012) with 7th year H1B application pending, will he have to get it stamped or he can enter since he would be having a valid I-94?
