gcmr2011 Posted December 29, 2011 Report Share Posted December 29, 2011 I got an email from my company's lawyer yesterday stating my PERM application is at risk of an audit due to higher than "normal" job requirement. Looking at the current trend, we are hoping to hear back from DOL in next 2 weeks. So, the lawyer has asked to start preparing for the audit. Prevailing Wage: Level 4 ; $48.61 hour - $101,109 year (my wage is 107k/yr, 15-1031.00 - Computer Software Engineers, Applications) Job Requirement Advertised: MS + 8 yrs -OR- BS + 10 yrs (my experience is 12 yrs) Please advise on ; What questions may arise in the audit and points to be considered while preparing for the audit?
