goldenvivaldi
This question has been asked on here before but has not received any replies. Any help clarifying my doubts would be greatly appreciated. Client's located in Pennsylvania and has agreed to allow telecommute from California with monthly visits to PA office. Current LCA is for PA. How does the new scenario change current LCA? Will I need multiple LCA's (one for client location and one for remote)? Will this cause any trouble in case of a work location H1B audit. Thanks a lot in advance! Link to comment
JoeF
The LCA would have to cover both locations. Link to comment
Attorney_23
When a person in H1B status will begin working out of a different office (or a home office) in a different state, the petitioner would likely need to file a new LCA, and may also need to file an amended petition. Your employer should contact an experienced attorney to determine precisely what must be filed based on the specifics of this case. Link to comment
