In OPT Extension - H1B Stamping Canada

Hello Friends,

I am in OPT extension and H1B got approved. Planing for H1B Stamping in Canada. I have few questions, please assist.

1. Can I go for H1B stamping to Canada? since it is "Change of Status" from F1 to H1B.

2. If it is possible to go to Canada for stamping, which consulate is advisable since I am in New Jersey

3. I am in E-V-C model. Do I need to provide the documents explaining the pay from Client to Vendor and Vendor to Employer? It is highly impossible in my case.
