I got L1 B on my former company and has visa validity till mid 2013. My new company filed for L1 B amendment sometime in Aug 2011 (filed in L1 blanket) and currently L1 amendment is in a "Request for evidence reponse review state".What are the implications if my L1 B amendment gets rejected? what are the alternative options do i have to continue my current job in US if my L1 B amendment gets rejected?
