Visa Appointment Cancel / reshedule

Hello All,

In some crazy situation right now ....

I was planning on leaving for Mumbai in couple days ...

I took H1B Visa Interview date for Mumbai consulate for Jan 1st week (Jan 4 th). After clicking submit button, it says i have to turn in my documents on or before Dec 29th.

I realized that i won't get there by Dec 29 th to turn in my documents at Consulate. So i went ahead and cancel my appointment.

Now I am looking for the dates in January 2 nd Week.

Since i have cancelled my appointment , Do i have to fill out form DS - 160 again or can i use the existing one (the one i use to make my first appointment) and take another date???

Please Help !!!!

You can use the same DS Form. nothing to worry just reschedule the appointment. My room mate had the same problem 3 months ago. he got visa successfully
