AR 11 DS160 Change of address

I am going to india for my H1B stamping.

I moved to a new place (renting- have lease agreement) 5 months ago and I failed to file an AR11.

Should I file one immediately, before i fill out my DS160 for my appointment? Will the change of address be reflected in time ( less than 2-3 days between submitting my AR 11 online and DS 160).
