flyby001
I have heard from friends that there is a chance of getting all EB2 and EB3 current. My I 140 is approved with my ex employer under EB2. My new employer has filed me under EB3 which is expired. If by chance there is a decision to get every thing current how fast do I need to act i.e file the PERM and subsequently on its approval the I-140 and I-485 concurrently. Ant help with my topic will be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Link to comment
JoeF
HR3012 will not make anything current. It would only reshuffle things. It doesn't increase the visa numbers. Your friends are wrong. Link to comment

JoeF
Please read my answer. HR3012 doesn't increase any numbers, so it has nothing to do with anything getting current. And, unrelated to HR3012, they won't do the thing they did in July 2007. Link to comment

cowboys26
Yes 3012 will not make anything current. Given the economy they will not do anything to improve the plight of immigrants..Sadly . Link to comment
