swetha_pb Posted January 15, 2012 Author Report Share Posted January 15, 2012 helpneeded123 i can see mine online, my company had an name change from llc to inc, my attorney re sent my i-140 on Dec- 30th which is also the receipt date, however i received an rejection for this,saying no fee included, my attorney said that no fee sent knowingly that no fee was required for such changes, he sent a letter to the senator to approve my case let's wait and see if my 1st filing of Oct-21st receipt, gets approved, keeping my fingers crossed. When i check with my attorney regarding this issue... he said The receipt notice has that number. It does not matter if they update the website or not. They are very inconsistent with that especially with the petitions filed with Texas. Link to comment

September 22, 2011 - Application received date End of September 2011 got Receipt Number Texas Center Current Status : Initial Review Porting from EB3 (2008) to EB2 (2011) same employer .
