H1B Stamping at HYD

I'm planning a visit to India in Feb 2012 for my marriage and plan to come back in Mar 2012. My visa is expired and have a new H1 approval. I need to get my visa stamping and H4 for my fiancee after the marriage. Here are my questions:

- Do I need to get my stamping first and then the H4 for my wife?

- Can we both attend for the stamping at the same time after the marriage?

- If we can attend at same time, can we have the interview as together or the interview needs to be separate? If we can attend together, what is the procedure for that?
