springman5621
My lawyer called immigration today and they told him they just started processing cases filed on September 22nd. I wonder if they really are that behind and why. Does anyone know why they are this behind? I filed my case in the early November and they told my lawyer they will make the decision in 67 more days. I have been waiting almost 2 months. Now, I have to wait 2 more month +? So, they have been so late. I wonder if the average filing time would they show on USCIS would be the average time of both regular and premium processing not just regular processing. If you know any information, please let me know. Link to comment

jasmine1986
What about the cases filed before Sep 22 ? My status is RFE Response Review since Sep 15th. I saw that many ppl who filed in Sep and have not received RFE got their approvals. Do they take longer time for processing RFE cases ? Link to comment
