suppu Posted December 21, 2011 Report Share Posted December 21, 2011 My employer applied my 140 in feb 2011 I have receipt number and showing online status initial review. My employer is not responding for my phone and email. One he told me it's approved not recieved hard copy yet, he told me that 30 days back. But still online showing same status. My empire told me some time they don't update properly. Is it true? But he did not give me either harcopy or soft copy I am bit worriyng whether it is approved or not. How do I know the status? jj Posted December 30, 2011 Report Share Posted December 30, 2011 Sometime its true.....my I=140 got approved....but USCIS website still shows RFE....generally if your 140 is processed at local office...(Other than TSC or NSC) then the online status system does not work efficiently...
