Name difference in academic and passport - create any issue in I-140?

I am in process of Green Card. My name showing in academics as 'T.Krishna' but in passport 'Thota Krishna'. Does it create any probelm in I-140???

Do I need to notaries this from lower/attorney saying 'T.Krishna' and 'Thota Krishna' is same?

Should I notaries name difference from India or US ???
