PERM 9089 - Progressive Experience

Following are the requirements (as per newspaper ad) for the position that we will file PERM 9089 for:

Primary Requirements: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years of progressive experience.

No relocation/interview assistance available.

My questions:

1. In which cell on the ETA 9089, do we mention the term 5 years progressive experience? H6A only has place for number of months, NO place for the word "Progressive"

2. In which cell do we mention "No relocation/interview assistance available" ? Should this even be mentioned on the ETA 9089, considering that it was mentioned on the newspaper ad.

"No relocation/interview assistance available" need not be mentioned in the PERM.But of course your lawyer would know better than both of us.
