I also recently got my Overseas Citizen of India card. For the letter for the J1 processing from the ministry of health where should I apply to( India or Sri lanka). Can I apply in India cause my permanent residence is there and I graduated in medicine from India. Any advice or suggestions would be highly appreciated. Link to comment
