Based on the below details, is it possible to file under EB2? Bachelors Degree in Math (3 Year Degree) from Indian University Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (1 Year) from Indian University Masters in Computer Applications (2 Year Degree) from Indian University - Completed in 2011 3 Years of Work Experience in India 11 Years of Work Experience in USA Thanks in Advance Link to comment

GC_123_GC Posted December 22, 2011 Report Share Posted December 22, 2011 I guess, theoritically(by rule) its fine (as this UNI is a recognised one), but practically, I-140 officer will not convinced by comparing with a full-time degree/masters, i heard there are a lot cases with this kind of queries/audits so me times deniel the 140 as well, not sure pls. contact ur attorney and post their(ur attorney's) response here in this forumso that members will get benefitted.
