Birth Certificate !!

Hello Friends,

As you all aware that for filing I-485 we need birth certificate.

I don't have birth certificate .

Can I get a birth certificate now from by birth place issued by Municipal corporation .

or

Is it that it should be issued after birth obtained by from parents but not now.

I lost my parents few years ago - as I don't have birth certificate who can give affidavit for me ?

Do we need a certificate from department of Birth and Death also along with birth certifcate or affidavit.

you can get Birth Certificate from Indian Consulate.you can get affidavit from siblings.
