H1B-Can we stay legally after 6 yrs of completion

Hi,

My H1B is valid till 2013, July. I am currently on 5th year of H1B.

My employer is not doing the GC.

1. What are the options I have.If I have to apply for GC, do I need to apply before 5th year of

completion?

3. Also, after 6 years of completion on H1B, can i stay in US legally on any other status. Is it

possible?
