ginasc
I am a new H-1B cap-exempt applicant. My employer - a university sponsored me. Receipt date for regular processing: October 11, 2011. On December 12 I converted to premium processing since I am changing my status from F1 to H-1 B and my OPT expires on Jan. 9. The message still shows acceptance. My employer filed an e-form and on the same day it showed a message that the case was upgraded to premium processing. After a day the message changed to: "On December 12 we received an I-129 application...." Does it mean that the receipt date is going to be the same date as December 12 ? Anyone else who is on the cap-exempt boat? Link to comment
ginasc
My status just was updated: It says that on December 17 (Saturday) I was mailed an approved I-129 petition. New H-1B converted to PP on December 12 Approved December 17 I am waiting for the hard copy and it's a great relief! Good luck to all of you! Link to comment
