aditya870
Hi, I gave resignation to employer A and joined Employer B. But I recieved RFE from USCIS when Employer B applied for premium H1-B transfer. I dont know whether Employer A has revoked my H1. In RFE USCIS needs client letter with Duration and Kind of work Etc. I checked with client he doesnt provide any client letter. Can I provide secondary proofs such as i. Appreciation Emails ii. Contact Card Snapshot from the Outlook iii. Client place ID card ( Display Client Name or Symbol) iv. Any email proof between the supervisor or subordinate Does this proofs work. What are the chances of H1-B transfer Denial. Can Employer C apply new H1-B transfer? Please let me know so that i can start search for employer C who can provide me with client letter. Link to comment

livliv
First your employer B has to respond to this RFE with whatever they can produce. Have then consulted an attorney for this? For C to file and get approval with I-94, you must be maintaining current H1B status. As A's petition has been revoked and B's petition is pending, C's petition may be considered a bridge petition and it cannot be approved with I-94 unless B's petition gets approved. C can of course file without extension of status and get an approval without I-94, but you will have to leave the US and return in order to work for them. Link to comment
