venkpat Posted December 16, 2011 Report Share Posted December 16, 2011 My H1 has been denied on 11/30/2011 , the employer filed a motion to reopen the case immediately in the following.The online status still not showing any update on the reopen , it still shows as denial.How long it usually takes to reopen a case & make a decision . My current L1 visa expires on Jan 2nd week & must leave the country. Link to comment
