TJ_TJ
Hi Guys, Need your opinion urgently. I was working in a company on L1B, then client sponsored H1B and I joined client team. Due to this my employer then rejected to hand over experience letter. Now I am travelling to India and going for stamping. At this point, I want to know if it will be a problem going to H1 VISA interview without experience certificate. My client is giving references for all the years and I have other profs like pay slip and W2 forms. Link to comment
leo_maverick
You should be fine, try to carry all the available pay stubs that you have from your previous employer. We rarely see VO's interested in seeing your previous work experience letter. Link to comment
sra.t
My case is almost the same. Did they ask you for your previous experience letter? Link to comment
