new H1B petition transfer

I am presently on L1B visa working with employer X. Company Y had applied for new H1B petition and it got approved. Till now I have not joined company Y on H1B. In the mean time i have full time position from company Z. If it is possible to transfer my fresh new H1B petition from employer Y to employer Z? I can show the current paystubs of my current L1 employer and if it will be acceptable ?

Please suggest so as i can make my decision.
