meriadoc
My case is as follows: I'm on my 3rd year of H1B, just beginning the PERM process, but as you may know this takes a lot of time to get GC. I understand that going on L1A it is faster to get GC on EB1. What would be needed for me to being able to change my H1B to an L1A (without leaving the states) and then apply for GC on EB1? I want to note that before getting H1B with my current employer I entered and stay in the States for almost 2 years under an L1A from my previous employer. Please advise. Thanks. Link to comment
Attorney_23
Have you ever worked abroad for a company related to your current employer? If not, you would not generally be eligible for an L-1 with the current employer. Link to comment
