H1B Amendment -- same client, same state, but different city

Hi,

Is it mandatory to do h1b amendement, even if we work for same client in same state but different city ?

I was working for client A at abc location and moved to xyz location (same client, same vendor) but different city. PO is new xyz location...but emp and vendor agreement is old abc locaiton...agreement didnt changed.. please let me know whether i need to do h1b amendent ?
