It seems average normal processing time is 80 days, but its now 140 days and I have not got any reply from DOL/USCIS. Not sure what to do now? Is it good idea to contact DOL/USCIS? Can I file two PERM's with different employer? Anyone went through the same situation? Link to comment
pinot Posted December 15, 2011 Report Share Posted December 15, 2011 I think your lawyer can contact DOL. There's no USCIS involved here. You can't file PERM. It's done by employers for you. Man y employers can file PERM for you as it's only for future jobs. Link to comment
