Am i eligible for EB2?

Hello,

When i was in India, I have done my Mastesr in Computer Applications - MCA from an Open University (Hyderabad) as a distance education in 1997-1999, while i was working.

Pls. let me know is this Masters is okay / eligible for EB2 filing? or Distance Masters from open university is not acceptable?

I have a 4 yeras bechelors degree (but, its non-computer back ground) from India, i did my mstares in MCA as a distance education, while am working. So, am i eligible for EB2?

First, the university has to be accredited. Only degrees from accredited educational institutions can be used for immigration stuff.

Second, the job requirements determine the category. You could have a PhD, if the job only requires a bachelor degree, the case would still be in EB3.

If the job requires Bachelors degree & 5 years experience, then does it come under EB2? pls. let me know
