EAD expiry date??

Hi,

Me and wife have 3 yr stamp on our individual I-94 which expires in Oct 8 2014 but our visa (L1 /L2 and the Blanket petition expires on Mar 2012).

We've applied for the EAD on the basis of the assumption that it depends on the status validity, which in our case will be L1/L2 till 2014, although the visa expires in 2012.

Can we get a EAD for 2 yrs in this case ?
