H1B Amendment -- Client Change

Hi All,

I am moving to a new client 'A', my employer said he will change LCA but will not do H1B Amendment as I don't have plans to go for stamping with Client 'A'.

I am planning to go for stamping next year July with different client 'B'. My employer said he will do H1B Amendment for that client as I will be going for stamping with client 'B'.

Will that be any problem if my H1B Amendment is not done when moved to client 'A' even though I don't go for stamping now.??
