Same Employer, location changed.do i need to refile my labor and I-140

I am a full time employee and work for the same employer for past 6 yrs. my labor and I-140 are approved. Company is same but recently I changed my location from east coast to west coast. My lawyer is saying that I need to refile for my labor and I-140 as I changed my location. Is that true? Please advice me

Yes. The prevailing wage is different. Also, the old LC probably only listed the East Coast location.
