H4 visa requirements

Hi,

I am getting married in March 1st week and my fiance is on H1B visa. We are planning to process H4 for myself. Can you please suggest the following:

1) Is it mandatory to update the marital status in any passport?

2) My passport has an address of Bangalore and my fiance's address is Punjab. So do we need to update any of the addresses in passport?

3) At what address will the passport be returned after stamping?

4) how long will it take for the visa process including scheduling itnerview.. because my fiance is coming back just few days before the wedding?
