H4 Visa Pink Slip

Hey Guys,

I need some help with the case of H4 visa interview. My wife attended H4 visa interview today. Everything was going very well until the VO asked my wife about her education. She just completed her PhD in biology a week before the interview. So VO asked her to go to a different window where she was given pink slip. It had the case number and list of documents she needs to submit. It's nothing major but they want to make sure there is nothing wrong as she has done the research in her field. Can you guys please tell me how long it takes for pink slip's admin processing to be over. The VO said it will be 3-4 weeks. They kept her passport and copy of my H1B visa. Can you please tell me how long it takes for this to be processed. Thanks a lot for your help.
