vpata5701 Posted December 12, 2011 Report Share Posted December 12, 2011 Hello All, i did applied for my h1b visa for the fiscal year 2011 and unfortunately it got denied. My employer said he has already applied for appeal. My question is how do i know if he really applied for appeal and during the process of appeal can i apply a new h1b visa from a different employer even though the quota is finished for the year 2011. can you also provide me with a estimation time for processing appeal times.
