EB1 GREENCARD AND EAD

Hi,

My husband is on L1 A and I am on L2.

My husband's GC has been filed on October 18 2011(EB1 category).

Our visa expires on jan 3rd 2012. I work on EAD. My EAD expires on Jan 3rd 2012.

My husband has also applied for L1A extension. It takes 6 months.

My EAD so far was based on L2. Now we applied for new EAD along with i485, which is for GC process. Every-time I applied for extension I had to take off from my company for a month or two.

If i don't get my EAD before jan 3 2012? is it ok to continue working?
