SamRaj Posted December 12, 2011 Report Share Posted December 12, 2011 Hi, We all know that VSC is backlogged by 4-5 months. In these circumtence if anybody got RFE then it's really painful. Now I want start a new thread to discuss abt those. Lets assume the applicant waited for more than 4 months. The RFE reply and response will take another 2-3 months. Is it safe to go for Premium after RFE? It's tough decision. Please give your experience and thoughts. Link to comment

Status: RFE response review VSC did not cash PP check as of 15th Dec Waiting Waiting Waiting Waiting....... Link to comment
spe Posted December 16, 2011 Report Share Posted December 16, 2011 Receipt Date- May 8th -11 Got RFE - June 20th RFE response review- Aug 4th i have been waiting since aug :( its almost 8 months tat v filed h1.. i hv requested my employer n attorney to convert regular process to PP.. not sure what is the risk but they r not ready to do tat... its really disgusting n frustrating to wait......... not sure when it wil be approved....
