Suffix to first name in NABC affidavits

In the sample affidavit letters, there is a reference to the suffix.

My first name has ‘Kumar’ and it never used as middle name in any of my certificates like passport/master/bachelors convocations, all of them have FirstXXX Kumar LastXXX. And also there is no ‘Kumar’ at all in my father’s name. So, do I need mention the below points in affidavits:

• It is customary in our region to add the suffix tag ‘Kumar’ for males for giving respect purpose, when he was admitted in the school, his first name was provided as FirstXXX Kumar.
