Part time H1b and Green card

Hi to all member,

Does part time H1b holder eligible to file green card? or the full time h1b must be required?

While employer filed green card application, Can we start a family based green card process simultaneously later on?

What category a Pharmacist qualify for EB1/EB2/ EB3 ? With Master(pharmacy degree) from India and Master of Science degree in the USA in Pharma. manufacturing?

I will really appreciate your help.

Generally, an employer may file a PERM green card petition on an individual’s behalf even when that individual is working pursuant to H1B on a part-time basis. However, the PERM application must be for permanent full-time employment. Generally, if the position requires a U.S. Master’s degree in Pharma the position will qualify for EB2.
