Attorney_22
Generally, an employer may file a PERM green card petition on an individual’s behalf even when that individual is working pursuant to H1B on a part-time basis. However, the PERM application must be for permanent full-time employment. Generally, if the position requires a U.S. Master’s degree in Pharma the position will qualify for EB2. However, generally, the degree from India solely, without a combination of experience will not qualify for EB2. If you have additional questions, please contact a qualified U.S. immigration attorney.
