How I can fill DS160 for H4 before marriage

Hi There, Please help me here.

Situation:

I am going to get married on 23rd Jan 2012 and Planning to get H4 appointment my wife after marriage.

Question:

1) While filling DS160 what I can enter marital status?

2) How I can fill DS160 for H4 before marriage because that form has marriage date and place section? And I can enter feature date?

you should enter it as Married for your spouse.

yes you have to enter the future date. you are going for visa after your wedding only correct.
